James Lund
KEIGHLEY'S James Lund had two fourth-place finishes in his favoured 200m breaststroke event and the 1500m freestyle in the North East Region Senior and Junior Short Course Championships at Sunderland Aquatic Centre.
The City of Bradford swimmer also came ninth in the 100m breaststroke in a personal best time and a tenth place in the 400m individual medley, again in a best time.
