Ryden Hindle
FITNESS sessions at Keighley-based NRGym has helped Ryden Hindle become the Yorkshire Schools under-nines cyclo-cross champion at Spen Valley High School.
The Keelham Primary School pupil is a member at Shibden Cycling Club, who train regularly in cycle specific fitness sessions at the gym.
He fought off a field of 25 other youngsters and his sights are now firmly set on the National Championships in Redditch.
Ryden is a big fan of East Morton-based British cyclo-cross champion Ian Field, who is a member at NRGym.
