Keighley Cougars chairman Gary Fawcett is kicking off a Sport Relief cycle at Sainsbury’s in Keighley tomorrow.
He is set to pedal for an hour with the deputy store manager, and Cougars first-team players, plus Sainsbury’s and Workouts Gym staff, are also due to take part.
The aim is to cover 450km over three days – the distance there and back from Cougar Park to South Wales Scorpions’ ground at Bridgend, which is the furthest semi-professional rugby league ground from Keighley in the country.
Cycling takes place from 10am until 6pm tomorrow, from 10am until 6pm on Saturday and from 10am until 4pm on Sunday.
