COUGARS have entered into a partnership with the Pulse Rate Group, who provide sports defibrillator packages, including first aid and automated external defibrillator training.
The death of Danny Jones has raised awareness of the need for defibrillators at all levels of the game.
A package is already set to be donated to Ovenden, Jones’s junior club, where his mother currently works.
Jon Hilton, of the Pulse Rate Group, said: “Keighley Cougars are at the forefront of this partnership but we encourage all clubs to get involved and I hope that clubs from Super League down to the amateurs get in contact with us.”
