COUGARS are hoping their injury problems ease up for their home clash with League One favourites Toronto Wolfpack.

Several players missed the Challenge Cup defeat at Barrow last week but some are poised to return for Sunday's eagerly-awaited encounter.

Prop Scott Law, who was also absent from Keighley's loss to All Golds in their last league game, should be available after recovering from a hamstring injury.

Fellow forward Brad Nicholson is fit again after illness and there is a better news on hooker Nathan Conroy, who had suffered a recurrence of an ankle injury.

Coach Craig Lingard said: "Scott could have played at a push at Barrow but we were looking at the bigger picture.

"Brad should be fine and the extent of Nathan's ankle problem is not as bad as his initial injury so we are hopeful on him."

Cougars will also check on Ritchie Hawkyard (ribs), Sean Kelly (knee) and Matty Beharrell (shoulder).
