Centre Hamish Barnes has gone straight into the Cougars 19-man squad who travel to Coventry Bears on Sunday after re-signing for Keighley from Dewsbury Rams.
Scott Law (bicep) returns to the side after sitting out victories over Hemel and Hunslet.
Harry Aaronson also returns and is set to fill in at full back for Ritchie Hawkyard, who is expected to miss six to eight weeks following surgery on facial injuries.
Josh Lynam (back) misses out but is expected to be fit to return for the visit of Barrow Raiders on Wednesday. Ben Sagar (hamstring) is also sidelined.
