COUGARS forward Josh Lynam has avoided a suspension from the RFL Disciplinary Panel.
The second row was charged with Grade A Punching following the incident that saw him sin-binned in the 62nd minute of last month’s 32-24 win at Doncaster.
Lynam, who was a late withdrawal due to injury in last week's win over York, had an early guilty plea accepted which has led to no further action being taken.
However, he will not be able to use an EGP again for 12 months.
