COUGARS have issued a 'thank you' to everyone who has supported the club throughout this season.

Cougars' average attendance for 2017 was 784, which is an increase of 213 from 2016 and represents a 37 per cent rise.

A statement read: "As always we would like to thank all our supporters for their continued backing of the club and the team home and away this season.

"We are delighted to announce a significant increase of both the overall and average attendances this season.

"We would also like to thank our superb team of volunteers for all their hard work in maintaining Cougar Park and all the hard work they put in to make Keighley Cougars a club we can all be proud of.

"Thank you to our sponsors, whose continued financial backing and support help the running and publicity of the club.

"The club would also like to thank Stells on Hard Ings Road for the use of their car park facilities for home matchday parking for supporters."
