SLATER Phillip On September 8, 2017, at home, Phillip, passed away aged 73 years. A much loved husband of Cathrine, beloved dad of Barbara and Alan, dear father-in-law of Mark and Jo, loving son-in-law of Eva, devoted Grandad to Amie, Jake, Eve, Lily, Izzy and Ella and great-grandad to Jack and a much loved brother and uncle. The funeral service will take place at Thomas Clarkson Chapel of Rest, Green Avenue, Silsden, on Monday, October 2, 2017, at 12.45p.m., followed by cremation at Oakworth Crematorium.
