TODD Simon It is with great sadness that Darren, Michelle and Gary announce the passing of a much loved and adored dad and father-in-law on December 29, 2018 at AGH following a short but very brave battle with cancer. The beloved husband of the late Pamela and a much respected former colleague of the West Yorkshire Police. There will be a private cremation service in Harrogate which is to be followed by a celebration of Simon's life at the Keighley Shared Church, Church Green, Keighley at 1.00pm, Wedneday January 16, 2019 of which all are very welcome to attend. Refreshments will be provided afterwards at Silsden Football Club, please wear bright colours and help us to celebrate this wonderful man's life. Condolences to Simons family and friends.First met Simon in the 80's when he refereed Sunday football games then became a collegue on the Sunday Alliance Management Committee.In recent times he was a welcome visitor to Silsden AFC watching games and attending Keighley Referees meetings.Always had a yarn to tell from his wealth of knowledge of football in the West Riding. https://www.keighleynews.co.uk/news/2151665.referee-recognised-for-long-service/
