THOMPSON Martin Mark (Tomo) Rachael, Lauren, Frances and Sonny would most sincerely like to thank all their amazing relatives, friends, teachers and neighbours for the sympathy and kindness shown to them through cards, messages and flowers during this time of sorrow. Martin would be extremely proud and very grateful to see the overwhelming support, love and thoughtfulness shown by you all. It has provided us with such comfort, helping to make this most difficult of times more bearable. A heartfelt thank you to all who attended the funeral to celebrate Martin's life and for the generous donations provided towards British Heart Foundation and Child Bereavement UK. A special thank you to those who stopped to assist Martin on the night of his passing, including emergency services and the medical team at Salford Royal Hospital. Final thanks to David Gallagher funeral directors for their compassion and professionalism shown to Martin whilst he was in their care.
