EASTBURY John William Jack Susanne, Mark, Dale, John and families would like to thank all family and friends for the many cards and messages of condolence received during this sad time and to those who supported the family by attending Jack's funeral service. Susanne and Dale would especially like to thank Ruth Thomas (Community Matron). The support has been invaluable, to Dr Nawa and Dr.Hunter, all district nurses team from Farfield Surgery. Further thanks to Manorlands, the palliative care team from Canalside, Bingley, words cannot express how much love, care and compassion was shown to Jack, Susanne and Dale. Without this Susanne could'nt have managed to look after Jack at home. Final thanks to Dr.Tom Chilton for conducting the funeral service and to David Gallagher and team for the sensitive care and understanding. May he rest in peace, gone but never forgotten.
