BUTTERFIELD Philip Jackie, Mark and Darrell would like to thank all relatives and friends for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards and messages of condolence received during their recent sad loss of Phil. Special thanks to all doctors and district nurses from Holycroft Surgey and all doctors and nursing staff from Manorlands Hospice for all their care. Further thanks to celebrant Felicity Mensah for her kind words spoken at the funeral service. Final thanks to the many people who attended Phil's funeral service and donated so generously to Manorlands in his memory.
