NOTICE Is hereby given that on 24 July 2019 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above-named Order, in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into effect on 31 July 2019.

Is hereby given that on 24 July 2019 Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council made the above-named Order, in accordance with the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will come into effect on 31 July 2019.

The effect of the Order is to introduce various restrictions and controls at car parks in Frodsham and Helsby, including charges, as follows. Disa­bled persons (Blue Badge holders) will continue to be able to park without charge at all locations for

four hours on any day.

Charges

Moor Lane Car Park, Frodsham

Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm: Up to 2 hours-20p 2 to 4 hours - 50p 4 to 6 hours-£1.00 Over 6 hours-£1.50

Station Car Park, Frodsham

Monday to Sunday 24 hours:

Up to 2 hours-20p 2 to 4 hours - 50p 4 to 6 hours-£1.00 Over 6 hours-£1.50

Station Avenue Car Park, Helsby

Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm:

Up to 2 hours-20p 2 to 4 hours - 50p 4 to 6 hours-£1.00 Over 6 hours-£1.50

A copy of the Order may be inspected at Frodsham Library, Princeway, Frodsham, WA6 6RX and Helsby Library, Lower Robin Hood Lane, Helsby WA6 OBW between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday and 9.30am to 1 pm Saturday.

If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order, or any provisions contained therein, on the grounds that it is or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of the Act or any instruments made under it have not been complied with in relation to the Order, that person may, within six weeks from 24 July 2019, apply to the High Court for that purpose.
