CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL SPEED LIMIT (NO 4) ORDER 2019 KEIGHLEY TOWN CENTRE
NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 3rd March 2020 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce a 20 miles per hour speed limit zone within Keighley Town Centre on the following roads:-
Acorn Street, Aireville Close, Back Castle Road, Castle Road, Earl Street, Elder Street, Grafton Street, Green Head Avenue, Green Head Drive, Green Head Lane, Green Head Road, High Fold Lane, Manor Road, Mayfield Road, Queens Grove, Queens Road (part), Rawling Street, Rowan Street, School Street, Spring Gardens Lane (part), Spring Gardens Mount, Stoney Croft Lane, Stoney Street, Vernon Court, Woodville Road (part). The Order comes into force on 30th March 2020 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HYand at Keighley Town Hall, Bow Street, Keighley BD21 3PA. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e.3rd March 2020) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
