(England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010

The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 28/05/2020 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: North Down Road, Donhead St Mary; from its junction with Jenkins Corner to its junction with Harts Hill to enable Eurovia to carry out carriageway resurfacing, road marking adjustment of ironworks and surface dressing. Alternative route: via Harts Hill - Gutch Common - Britmore Lane - Church Hill and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 06 November 2019 will now recommence on 11 May 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 for one day. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) West End Lane (Part), Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with Lower Street for a distance of approximately 260 metres in a southerly direction; B) St Bartholomews Street (Part), Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with West End Lane for a distance of approximately 290 metres in a westerly direction; C) Lower Street (Part), Donhead St Andrew; from its junction with West End Lane for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a northerly direction to enable Openreach to carry out maintenance works. Alternative routes (a) and (b): via St Bartholomews Street (unaffected length) - Pigtrough Lane - C61 -Scotts Hill - Sands Lane - A30 - Overway Lane - Milkwell - West End Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. Alternative route (c): via Lower Street (unaffected length) - Wardour Lane - Scotts Hill - Sands Lane - A30 -Overway Lane - Milkwell - West End Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 01 June 2020 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 until 02 June 2020. Court Street to its junction with Jobbers Lane to enable Kelly on behalf of Openreach to install cabling in the carriageway. Alternative route: via Jobbers Lane - Station Road - The Avenue - Court Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 03 June 2020 and the closure will be required for one day.
