NOTICE is hereby given that B&M Retail Limited has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council For THe grant of a Premises Licence in respect of B&M Store, Unit 4 The Peel Centre Lower Audley Street Blackburn BB1 1BB to allow off sales of alcohol and opening hours from 07:00 to 23:00 7 days a week. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot White Dove Building Roman Road Industrial Estate Blackburn BB1 2LX, or by email to:
