Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990. Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2020/22113/FUL Proposal: Proposed application for the erection of 1 new agricultural livestock and storage building, for Mr Darren Blacow. Location: Lowfields Farm Burton in Lonsdale LA6 3LB Reasonfs): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Application No: 2020/22119/HH. Proposal: Removal of static caravan and construction of single storey annexe building for Mrs J Steele. Location: The Barn Crag View Cross Hills Road Cononley Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Application No: 2020/22159/LBC. Proposal: This application is being made is due to the discrepancies between the planned Drawings note 2 on listed building consent referenced 45/2016/17072 and the building work commenced, on first viewing, and taking ownership of the building 2017 - 2018 for Mrs F Starford-Burton. Location: The Old Court House 56 High Street Ingleton. Reasonfs): Works to a listed building

Representations can also be sent in writing to Development Management, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ so as to arrive no later than 17th December 2020. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the Internet. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission for a householder (HH) application, that is considered on the basis of representations in writing. Any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
