ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

BERTIE STREET, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO.1302) ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near Bertie Street, Bradford intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Bertie Street from its junction with Fenby Avenue for approximately 10 metres in a southerly direction.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

No alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available.

The proposed Order will come into effect between 09:30 hours and 15:30 hours on 20th January 2021 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
