ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

WEST LANE, BAILDON, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1346) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of water works proposed to be executed on or near West Lane, Baildon intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of West Lane from its junction with Westcliff Avenue to its junction with Salisbury Avenue.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via West Lane (unaffected section), Lucy Hall Drive, Glen Road, Bingley Road, Hawksworth Road, Moorgate, Northgate, Towngate, The Grove, Newton Way and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect from 09:30 hours until 15:30 hours on 5th March 2021 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 18th day of February 2021.
