LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Take notice that JD Wetherspoon pic has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence for the Bowling Green, 18 Bondgate, Odey, Leeds, LS2I 3AB. The application seeks to vary the plan attached to the premises licence to include a rear extension and internal refurbishment The variation is to have effect upon completion of the worksThere are no other changes to the premises licence. Interested parties (within die meaning of the Act) may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until Tuesday, 2nd November 2021 which should be sent to the following address: Entertainment Licensing Section, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LSI IUR.
