Craven District Council has received the following applications that are required to be advertised it under the above legislation for the reasons stated. Application No: 2022/23817/LBC. Proposal: Replace first floor window for Witherslack Group Limited. Location: Cedar House School Low Bentham LA2 7DD Reason(s): Proposes works to a Listed Building. Application No: 2022/23806/HH. Proposal: Conversion of storeroom to annexe bedroom and construction of single storey shower/wc extension for Mr Robert Mullinder. Location: The Old Post Office Low Lane to A65 Draughton BD23 6DU Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area. Application No: 2022/23740/VAR. Proposal: Application to vary condition no. 3 (annexe occupancy) on planning permission referenced 2019/20460/HH to allow the annexe to be let out as a holiday cottage for Lucy Beardshall. Location: St Peters Cottage Coniston Cold BD23 4EA Reason(s): Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: 2021/23586/FUL. Proposal: Retrospective
application to change the use of agricultural land to B8 Storage use for Mr J Towler. Location: Land to West
of Christies High Mill Lodge Lane Langcliffe BD24 9LX
Reason(s): Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
