Notice Pursuant To Section 123(2a) Of The Local Government Act 1972 (As Amended) Notice Of Intended Disposal Of Area Of Open Space

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Bolton ("the Council") intends to dispose ol its interest in land that includes an area of open space at the following locations:
Land at Lever Street, Little Lever, Bolton -LS/ML/HJB/85392
Former sites of 45 - 51 Nixon Road Bolton -LS/HJB/85461
Land west of Wingates Industrial Estate, Westhoughton, Bolton - LS/ML/HJB/84554

A plan showing the areas to be included in the disposals can be requested by writing to Legal Services, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU or by email to

Any objections to the intended disposals must be made in writing and addressed to Helen Gorman, Borough Solicitor, Bolton Council, Legal Services Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1 RU, or by e-mail to legal.

bearing the references above by no later than 15th April 2022. All objections received will then be considered by the Council.
