THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN (BACK NEW PARK ROAD (RAYNOR STREET) BLACKBURN) (RESIDENTS ONLY PARKING AND VARIATION) ORDER 2017

NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has made the following Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), the effect of Order will be to extend the existing Residents Only Parking Scheme as described in Schedule 1.

The usual exemptions will apply.

Copy of the Order and relevant plan, which will come into effect on the 19th January 2017, may be examined at the Information Desks, Town Hall, Blackburn and Town Hall, Darwen Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays).

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any provision therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the said Act (as amended), or on the grounds that any requirementofthatActor ofanyinstrumentmade thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within sixweeks from the 19th January2017 applyto the High court for this purpose.
