ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
ALBION ROAD IDLE BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 645) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District
Council by reason to enable gas mains works to be executed on or near
Albion Road, Idle has made the above named Order the effect of which
is that no person shall proceed in the length of Albion Road, Idle from its
junction with Leeds Road to its junction with Albion Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles
and vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried
out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Albion Road (unaffected section), Leeds Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 6th February 2017 and remain in force until 25th February 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
