ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

SHIPLEY FIELDS ROAD SHIPLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 659) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable resurfacing works to be executed on or near Shipley Fields Road, Shipley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Shipley Fields Road, Shipley from its junction with Valley Road to its junction with Wallbank Drive. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles and vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order will be available via Shipley Fields Road (unaffected section), Bradford Road, Otley Road, Valley Road and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation on 10th March 2017 and remains in force until 12th March 2017 and continue in effect on the following date of 18th March 2017 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary). DATED this 7th day of March 2017
