THE BOLTON (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 282 BOLTON)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.) ORDER 2017
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice.
The effect of which will be operative from 20th March 2017 and will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath No.282 Bolton commencing from a point south of Mill Lane, Lostock; point A at grid reference SD 365765 408528 in a generally southerly direction to a point north of Gibraltar Farm, Lostock; point B at grid reference SD 365738 408436 as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1Bol282 over a total distance of approximately 94 metres.
No alternative route is available.
The Order is necessary to facilitate essential bridge maintenance and will continue from 20th March 2017 for 9 days. From 20th March 2017 until 29th March 2017, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
