WASHACRE TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (WASHACRE, WESTHOUGHTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.52) ORDER 2017 The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 21 April 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Washacre, from Southfield Drive to Leigh Rd. Alternative route will be via Cricketers Way, Wigan Rd. The Order is necessary due to resurfacing works which will last for approximately 11 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
