Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2010 The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. 3. The County of Wiltshire (Huntingfield, Trowbridge) (Prohibition of Right Hand Turn) Order 2017 Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Order 1 under the Traffic Management Act 2004 the effect of which will be as follows: Order 1 - To amend the restrictions in the Trowbridge Consolidation Order 2015 by the insertion of new Map Schedule Nos. ET30, EU30 and EV30 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at anytime on Huntingfield - both sides-from its junction with Leap Gate to a point 12 metres east of that junction; Leap Gate - both sides - from its junction with Bridleway 41A (Green Lane) to a point 35 metres south of its junction with Huntingfield; Mascroft Road (northern leg) - both sides - from its junction with Leap Gate to a point 15 metres east of that junction; Mascroft Road (southern leg) -both sides - from its junction with Leap Gate to a point 25 metres east of that junction; Soprano Way (northern leg) - both sides - from its junction with Leap Gate to a point 12 metres west of that junction; Soprano Way (southern leg) - both sides - from its junction with Leap Gate to a point 25 metres west of that junction. Order 2 - To introduce a one way system of traffic from south to north on Huntingfield - from a point in line with the access to Castle Mead School Car Park to its junction with Mascroft Road. Order 3 - To introduce a prohibition of right hand turn, prohibiting vehicles turning right from Huntingfield to Leap Gate. Copies of the draft Orders, plans and Statement of the Council's Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Details of the proposed scheme may be seen at Trowbridge Library, Ground Floor, County Hall, Trowbridge between the hours of 8.30am to 7pm Monday, Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Tuesday and Wednesday and 9am to 5pm Saturday until 5 June 2017. Documents can also be viewed online at www.wiltshire.gov.uk/troconsultations.htm. Comments on the proposal together with the reasons for which they are made should be sent in writing or via the website to reach the Sustainable Transport Group by 5 June 2017 quoting reference LJB/TRO/TROW5.

Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to: Temporarily suspend the existing No Waiting at Any Time and No Loading restriction on High Street (Part), Melksham; on the eastern side of the highway (adjacent to Lloyds Bank), from its junction with Place Road in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 30m, and to temporarily introduce a No Waiting at Any Time (except buses) restriction in its place. To enable: a temporary bus stop to be operated whilst phased construction work is undertaken at Market Place, Melksham. The restriction and temporary bus stop will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 5 June 2017 and is anticipated to be required until 7 July 2017. Section 14(1) and 14(7) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: The Ley, Box; for a distance of approximately 150m between property 'Box Bottom House' and property 'Unit 4 The Ley'; and to temporarily suspend the existing One-Way Order on the same length of road to facilitate local access and egress. To enable: Wessex Water to install washout x 3. Alternative route via The Ley (unaffected length) -Quarry Hill - Bargates - A4 London Road - Chapel Lane - A365 Devizes Road - The Ley (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 5 June 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 9 June 2017. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: (a) C136 (Part), Hazeland, Bremhill; for a distance of approximately 150m covering Hazeland Weir Bridge to enable Wiltshire Council | to carry out bridge investigation and maintenance works. Alternative route via C136 Hazeland (unaffected length)
C113 Dumb Post Hill/Ratford Hill - A4 Chilvester Hill/Black Dog Hill - Norley Lane - C136 Hazeland (unaffected length)
and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 15 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day. For further information please contact Emma Biggs (Wiltshire Council) on 0300 4560105; (b) Brook Drive (Part), Corsham; from a point adjacent to property no. 43 in an easterly direction to end to enable Wessex Water to carry out interim to permanent reinstatement work. No alternative route is available; access will be maintained for residents and businesses. This Order will come into operation on 15 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required for one day between the hours of 09.30 and 15.00. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway reconstruction work, surface dressing, road markings and associated works: (c) C112 (Part), Bremhill; from a point approximately 300m east of its junction with C113 Dumb Post Hill to a point approximately 475m south-west of its junction with C118 Turf House Lane. Alternative route via C112 Bremhill (unaffected length) - C113 Bremhill Road - Wick Hill - Turf House Lane - C112 Bremhill (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 20 February 2017 will now recommence on 16 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 19 May 2017; (d) C133 Avon and East Tytherton, Bremhill and Langley Burrell; from its junction with C118 Hare Street to its junction with C113 Maud Heath's Causeway. Alternative route via C113 Maud Heath's Causeway -C134 East Tytherton - C118 Hare Street and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 3 March 2017 will now recommence on 17 May 2017 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07.00 and 18.00 until 22 May 2017. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic
signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions.
