ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION (SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994 THE BOLTON (MOSS BANK WAY, STAPLETON AVENUE & VICTORIA ROAD, BOLTON) (MIDNIGHT MEMORIES WALK) (TEMPORARY CLOSURES) (NO.44) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton has made an Order, which will be operative from 17 June 2017. The order will enable the Midnight Memories Walk to take place between approx 10pm on 17 June 2017 and approx 2am on 18 June 2017. During this period all vehicles not engaged in the staging of the event will be prohibited from entering, proceeding, standing, waiting, loading and or unloading, or otherwise remaining at rest in Moss Bank Way, Stapleton Avenue and Victoria Road - between Chorley Old Rd and Chorley New Rd. An alternative route for traffic will be via Chorley Old Rd & Chorley New Rd. This Order will cease to have effect at 03:00 on 18 June 2017 or on completion of the event, whichever first occurs.
