CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 27) ORDER BURLEY IN WHARFEDALE - PARKING REVIEW
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 13th July 2017 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to introduce the following restrictions:-
i. No Waiting at any Time on lengths of Far Mead Croft, Long Meadows, Main Street, Norwood Avenue, Southfield Road Prospect Road, Rose Bank, William Fison Ride, John Gilmour Way, Donald Aldred Drive, Moor Lane, The Robins, Burley in Wharfedale

ii. No Waiting Monday-Friday 9.00-10.30am on lengths of Prospect Road and Rose Bank, Burley in Wharfedale

The Order comes into force on 17th July 2017and acopyofthe Order together with amap showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY and at Ilkley Visitor Information Centre, Town hall, Ilkley If you wish to question the validity of the Order,orofany provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order,you may,within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 13th July 2017) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
