TAKE NOTICE that I Kevin Michael Stodart have applied to Craven District Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as Flutez & Fizz, 5 Regal Buildings, Keighley Road, Skipton, BD23 2LT FOR PROVISION OF REGULATED ENTERTAINMENT & SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ BY WEDNESDAY 13TH SEPTEMBER 2017. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
