ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL AIREVIlLE TERRACE, BURLEY-IN-WHARFEDALE TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO.761) ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason to enable water works to be executed on or near Aireville Terrace, Burley-in-Wharfedale has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Aireville Terrace from a point outside No. 72 Aireville Terrace to a point outside No. 76 Aireville Terrace. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to emergency vehicles or to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Aireville Terrace (unaffected section), Manse Crescent and Midgley Road and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into effect on 31st October 2017 and remain in force until 3rd November 2017 (both dates inclusive) (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
