NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Saltaire Brewery Ltd applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 24th October 2017 for a licence to use the premises at Unit 7 (Brewery Tap), County Works, Dockfield Road, Shipley, BD17 7AR for an extension of the licensed area to include the south side of the building. Licensed activities include sale by retail of alcohol both ON and OFF the premises, and the playing of recorded music (indoors) between the hours of 10.30 to 22.30 Monday to Sunday.

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by (date - must be 28 days following the day after the application was submitted to the Council). Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 – 16.30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000. Dated 24/10/17
