CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 4) ORDER 2018 AND CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (MOVING TRAFFIC) (CONSOLIDATION)
(AMENDMENT NO. 2) ORDER 2018
NORTH STREET, EAST PARADE AND ALBERT STREET KEIGHLEY TOWN CENTRE
Notice is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Orders on 6th February 2018 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which are to introduce the following restrictions:
1. "No Waiting Monday to Saturday between 7.00am and 7.00pm" on a

length of East Parade, Keighley;
2. "No Waiting At Any Time" and "No Loading - Monday to Saturday

between 8.00am and 6.00pm" on lengths of North Street, Keighley;
3. "Limited Waiting Monday to Saturday between 09:30am and 3.30pm" on

a length of North Street, Keighley;
4. "No Loading At Any Time" on lengths of North Street, Keighley;

5. "No Waiting between 7.00am and 9.30am and between 3.30pm and

6.00pm" on lengths of North Street, Keighley;
6. "No Waiting Monday to Saturday between 7.00am and 7.00pm" on a

length of North Street, Keighley;
7. "Limited Waiting Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm" on a length

ofAlbert Street, Keighley;
8. "Limited Loading Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm" on lengths

of Bow Street, Keighley; and
9. "A one-way traffic flow" on Albert Street from its junction with North Street to its junction with Scott Street.

The Orders come into force on 9th February 2018 and a copy of each Order together with maps showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford BD1 1HY and the Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, Bow Street, Keighley BD21 3PA.
If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Orders were made (i.e. 6th February 2018) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
