NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has made the Borough of Blackburn with Darwen (27 Bold Street, Blackburn) Compulsory Purchase Order 2017 under section 17 of the Housing Act 1985. It is about to submit this Order to the Secretary of State for confirmation, and if confirmed, the Order will authorise the Borough Council of Blackburn with Darwen to purchase compulsorily the land described below for the purpose of the provision of housing accommodation by disposing of the house to bring about its re-use.
A copy of the Order and the accompanying map may be seen at all reasonable hours at the office of the Director of Growth and Development, Town Hall, Blackburn. BB17DY.
Any objection to the Order must be made in writing to the Secretary of State, National Planning Casework Unit, 5 St. Philips Place, Colmore Row, Birmingham. B3 2PW, before the 7th April 2018 and should state the title of the Order, the grounds of objection and the objector's address and interest in the land.
