NOTICE OF MAKING ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (RAMSGREAVE ROAD AND MOORFIELD AVENUE, RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 01 August 2018 Lancashire County Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a prohibition of waiting on the following lengths of road:

a) Moorfield Avenue, Ramsgreave, both sides from the centre line Ramsgreave Road for a distance of 10.8 metres in a southerly direction;



b) Ramsgreave Road, Ramsgreave, the north side from a point 15 metres west of the centre line of Moorfield Avenue for a distance of 143 metres in an easterly direction to the unitary authority boundary;



c) Ramsgreave Road, Ramsgreave, the south side from a point 15 metres west of the centre line of Moorfield Avenue for a distance of 27 metres in an easterly direction;



Ramsgreave Road, Ramsgreave, the south side from a point 76 metres east of the centre line of Moorfield Avenue for a distance of 52 metres in an easterly direction to the unitary authority bound

This Order will come into force on the 06 August 2018. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 2RA, and at the offices of The Director of Corporate Services, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, PO Box 78, Preston PR1 8XJ, quoting ref: LSG4/894.7629/HL1. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
