Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as B & M, Unit 3, Scott Works, Clayton Road, Bradford, BD7 2RB. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00

Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Department of Place Licensing Team, 3rd Floor, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BH1 1HX no later than 1 February 2019 stating the grounds for objection. The register of City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website – www.bradford.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
