NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN SCHEME

EAST AYRSHIRE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2 & EAST AYRSHIRE MINERALS LOCAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended)

Notice is hereby given that East Ayrshire Council, as required by Section 20B of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended), has prepared a Development Plan Scheme which sets out its programme for the preparation of local development plans for East Ayrshire. The Development Plan Scheme 2019 comprises a proposed timetable for the preparation of the plans, details of what is likely to be involved at each stage of preparation of the plans and a participation statement stating when, how and with whom consultation on the plans will take place and the authority's proposals for public engagement in the plan preparation process.

Copies of the Development Plan Scheme 2019 have been deposited, for information purposes, at all community libraries and at the following locations:

(2) East Ayrshire Council Headquarters, London Road, Kilmarnock, KA3 7BU



The deposited document is available for inspection free of charge during normal community library hours and, at the above mentioned offices, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am and 4pm on Fridays. The Development Plan Scheme has also been posted on the Council's web site and can be viewed at www.east-ayrshire.gov.uk.
