(TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF FOOTWAY) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council intend to make an Order under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding over the following lengths of footway in the Borough of Chorley set out in this notice.
1. No person shall cause any pedestrian to proceed over that length of Daisy Meadow Footway from Preston Road to Barn Meadow Road in the Chorley Borough.
2. The prohibition will be operative from 0800 hours on Monday 29th April 2019 until 1700 hours on Sunday 5th May 2019 or until completion of the works within this period. Access will be maintained whenever and wherever possible.
3. Local diversion signs will be in place to direct and safeguard pedestrians.
