THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN (PENNINE REACH, BLACKBURN ROAD, BLACKBURN) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING/LOADING AND UNLOADING AND LOADING BAY) AND REVOCATION) ORDER 2019

NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council made the above mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 [as amended), the effect of which will be to regulate traffic as described in the Schedules below.

The usual exemptions will apply.

The Order will come into force on 23rd May 2019

Copy of the Order and plan together with a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order, may be examined at the Information Desk at Town Hall, Blackburn Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (excluding Bank Holidays).

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or any other provision therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the said Acts (as amended), or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act or any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the 23rd May 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
