I WONDER what will be going through your mind this Christmas?

Will it be the excitement of the presents, lots of lovely food or family visitors or will it be the dread of the January credit card bill, indigestion tablets and relative stress!

I guess what most of us may take for granted is a warm house on Christmas Day.

For those of us who know the Nativity story inside out, we see Jesus born on clean straw, with odour-free animals and a singing choir. The reality is probably more like smelly livestock, strange visitors and a cold outbuilding.

Have you ever thought of where the homeless go at Christmas?

Often they haven’t got friends or family to rely on and certainly not a place to call home.

There is however good news!

Innchurches is a wonderful charity that homes the homeless between December and April.

Churches throughout Bradford, Keighley and surrounding villages use their halls to provide a bed, warm food and company in the cold winter months.

Volunteers make meals, play games and help the guests to have a much brighter Christmas.
