Back of the queue
WHAT a load of waffle by the spokesman for Bradford Council regarding roads, in response to my letter – Repair the potholes (Keighley News, June 28).
Travel around the district where they have surface dressed, and all there is now is fresh tar pouring from the surface.
Also, they should fill the potholes prior to surface dressing.
The council also replies that “we have already started fixing affected stretches of road and individual potholes within Bradford district”. That is Bradford, not Keighley.
It seems Keighley is at the back of the queue in nearly everything.
