REPRESENTATIVES from five climate action groups in the Keighley and Ilkley constituency – Addingham, East Morton, Ilkley, Riddlesden and Silsden – met at the Lord Addingham pub, in the village.
They discussed how best to work together to help residents and communities reduce carbon footprints and create a more sustainable environment in the constituency.
The group will be meeting again in the new year to formulate a plan of action, so if you belong to a climate action or environment group in the constituency that wasn’t represented – or are thinking of forming a group and would like some support – please get in touch on alisontribe@hotmail.co.uk.
Alison Tribe, Silsden
