I'm not sure if this is a movie tie-in or a standalone title but if the game is anything to go by I won't be heading to the cinema anytime soon.

For a game where the main character can fly you need a game that offers some freedom in its gameplay -- but most levels are very linear and too structured, and the action quickly becomes repetitive.

Even the flying levels, which you would think would offer some depth to the title, are difficult to control and so unresponsive that they soon become tiresome.

Some nice gameplay elements are the variety of weapons, but this also adds to the frustration because of the confusing interface menu.

We have been spoiled with the wide range of superhero titles, some which are better than others, and those that don't match up quickly fall away.
