I have always enjoyed football management titles and was very impressed with the unbelievable depths that the latest PC title goes into.
For example attending press conferences, giving team talks, disciplining players and controlling everything you would consider a football manager has to go through on a day to day basis.
I had all this to contend with and having to work on a tiny budget as I tried to help take Bradford City back to the big time, with my wife in the background asking why I didn’t actually play the match just watch it.
I managed not to snap and tried hard to explain how important a job I was doing and all this with the board on my back about a run of poor results.
That’s the thing about management games you really get into them, and this one is well worth immersing yourself with.
