A care group that runs nursing homes at Steeton and Cross Hills plans to recruit more than 100 new staff this year.
Czajka is creating most of the jobs within its community care division.
“The jobs are a direct result of the increase in the number of people using our service,” said managing director, Konrad Czajka. “Although a background in care is preferable, anyone can apply for posts, as long as they are hard-working, friendly and tenacious because we can provide full training to anybody with a genuine desire to work in this hugely rewarding industry.”
The company’s community care arm employs 300 staff. Czajka also operates five homes, including Beanlands at Cross Hills and Currergate in Steeton Visit czajka.co.uk or call 0800 5003042.
