Dennis the Menace and Gnasher join Dalesway Brewers Fayre staff at the launch of the new play area
CRAFTS and face painting were among activities on offer at a celebratory event to launch a new play area.
Dennis the Menace and Gnasher were also there to greet young visitors.
There is a Beano theme to the play area, at the Dalesway Brewers Fayre pub and restaurant, in Sandbeds.
It includes a toddler zone and an adventure tree house.
"We're incredibly pleased to have launched our new Play At Brewers Fayre area," said a spokesman.
"We are looking forward to welcoming more families through our doors to enjoy the new facilities."
