LEGENDARY fitness guru Mr Motivator gave an energy lift to staff at a Steeton company.
He visited each department of Acorn Stairlifts' head office and factory, which employs about 460 people.
The former breakfast TV star chatted to staff, posed for selfies and signed autographs.
Mr Motivator – real name Derrick Evans – is famous for his tight-fitting, brightly-coloured exercise outfits.
Now 64, he splits his time between his home in Jamaica and the UK, where he is in demand for promotional work and as a motivational speaker.
He recently released a best-selling book, The Warm Up, about his life.
Mr Motivator paid tribute to Acorn.
"It's hard to believe that a company started just 25 years ago is now the world's biggest home stairlift business," he said.
"There must be some really motivated people at Acorn!"
Simon Webster, the firm's marketing manager, said: "Our main advertising slogan is Give your life a Lift – and Mr Motivator certainly gave everyone's life a lift when he called in to see us!"
