A KEIGHLEY and Bingley-based firm received the Silver Award in the Best Estate Agents in West Yorkshire category at a prestigious awards.
The accolade at ESTAS Customer Service Awards for 2018, the biggest awards in the UK property industry, went to Holroyds Estate Agents, for its Keighley base in North Street.
Chris Holroyd, managing director of the business, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be recognised at this year’s ESTAS.
“It means so much to us as we know it’s our customers who’ve judged our performance.
“We take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice.
“We’ve always been very proud of the personal service and this proves we’re delivering what we promise.
“This is our third national award in the last three years which also includes the Sunday Times best new agent in 2016, ESTAS silver in 2017 and now this in 2018.”
Award winners were announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at a lavish lunch and ceremony at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London attended by 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
